A crew thatdoes the marketing. You set the pace.
Nine named AI agents find prospects, write the emails, read the replies and report every Monday. You choose how much they do on their own.
Nine agents. One job each.
Every agent has a face, a role and its own limits. They hand work to each other on a shared board, like a real team.

Meet AtlasFrom your website to your first reply.
Three steps. You are in the loop exactly as much as you want to be.
Teach it your product
Give BrainPilot your website. It reads it and lists the facts it found. You approve each one, and the agents only ever use approved facts.
The crew goes to work
Scout finds companies that fit, reads their sites and drafts a personal email. A Reviewer checks every draft against fixed rules before anything moves.
You set the pace
Approve each item, let agents act inside your rules, or hand them full autopilot. Replies are sorted, answers drafted, and Monday brings the numbers.
You decide how much they do alone.
One dial per agent and per kind of action. Turn it up as your trust grows, turn it down in a second.
Off
The agent does not do this action. Nothing is drafted, sent or changed until you switch it on.
Propose
Drafts go to your queue and you approve each one. Nothing leaves without your yes.
Auto within rules
The agent acts alone when every rule you set passes. Anything outside the rules goes to your queue instead.
Full autopilot
The agent chooses targets, timing and follow-ups itself, inside your caps and the safety rules. You get a digest, and you can undo or stop at any moment.
- Opt-out and address on every email.
- Never-email list that no agent can override.
- No duplicate sends to the same person.
- Spend caps and automatic pauses on bounces or complaints.
- Kill switches, an undo window and a decision journal.
Built to be watched, and trusted.
Everything the crew does is visible, metered and reversible.
Work moves between agents
Tasks travel a shared board. A task that needs a human stops at its gate, turns amber and waits. Once you decide, it moves on.
Always looking
The sweep lights prospects as it passes. Amber blips are matches waiting for you.
Every draft is checked
- Opt-out line and address
- Truthful subject
- Not on the never-email list
- No repeat contact
Costs you can see
Why it did what it did
- Scout skipped a prospect: already contacted
- Reviewer held a draft: missing address
- Relay honoured an unsubscribe
- Chief paused sending: bounce rate over limit
Replies, sorted
Each reply is classified, the thread and deal are updated and an answer is drafted. Unsubscribes are honoured instantly.
Monday, in one report
What went out, who replied, where signups came from and what each agent cost.
Priced by project.
Every plan includes the whole crew. Pick the number of projects you run.
Good questions.
What does BrainPilot actually do?
It gives you a crew of nine named AI agents. Scout finds companies that fit and writes personal outreach, Relay reads and answers replies, Pulse reports every Monday, and the rest cover strategy, SEO, content, social and distribution. They work from facts about your product that you approve.
Can the agents send emails without my approval?
That is your setting, per agent. Off, Propose (you approve each item), Auto within rules, or Full autopilot. In every mode the safety rules run on their own: an unsubscribe line and address on every email, a never-email list, no duplicate sends, spend caps and automatic pauses.
What stops it from contacting people who said no?
Every unsubscribe is honoured at once and written to a never-email list that no agent can override. Before any email moves, a Reviewer checks it against fixed rules: opt-out line, postal address, truthful subject, blocked regions and repeat contacts.
How do I stay in control?
Each agent has a mode you can change at any time, daily caps, kill switches and an undo window. Every decision an agent makes on its own is written to a decision journal that says what it did and why.
How is BrainPilot priced?
By the number of projects: one project, ten projects, fifty projects, or a custom plan for larger teams. Every plan includes the whole crew.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You give BrainPilot your website, approve the facts it finds, and choose how much the crew does alone. The screens are written in plain words.
